Many of us lack communal spaces to process religious wounds, and integrate our shadowed parts after distancing ourselves from church.

This experiential workshop is for those who carry religious wounds, and who desire a safe inclusive space to be seen and heard and gain greater clarity and wholeness. The workshop alternates between individual journal/reflection (internal processing) time, and optional group sharing (external processing). Journaling/Reflection space is guided by prompts and questions meant to illuminate connection with shadowed messages and emotions related to religious wounds. Clear boundaries and expectations will provide a safe and challenging container open to all people of various faith and non-faith traditions and intersecting identities.
